The Rogues kick ass
1. I tried to find the relevant clip(s) on Youtube, but unfortunately could not.  It’s a Simpsons joke.  Rory Calhoun was an actor who mostly appeared in Westerns. 2. They spent thousands of dollars getting those teeth fixed up from the last time, and dammit they’ll show them off. 3. You’ve got to wonder what Dexter Myles thinks of his job.   4. Les Nessman is from WKRP in Cincinnati.  Now all of you kids get off my lawn. 5. DC writes it as one word occasionally (and sometimes hyphenated), but it’s usually two separate words and has been since the beginning.  There are a lot more hits when Googling ‘heat wave’ as opposed to ‘heatwave’, so it seems like the former is more commonly used.  Wikipedia describes the weather phenomenon as a ‘heat wave’. *shrug*
