Remember I was grumbling about whether I’d be able to get figures from this wave? The first surprise was the spouse saying last night that the wave is actually at Wal-Mart. The second surprise was the figure itself — it’s the European Union version. WTF? In Canada everything’s in French and English, and sometimes we get Spanish as well. But I’ve never seen a mass-market figure with Greek and Finnish.
The annoying thing is that if you look at photos of the American cardbacks, each character has a nice long biography and stats. On this card, there’s a single generic sentence because they need to cram in all those languages. But oh well, I’m glad to get the figure.
